Romeo & Juliet

This concept was born from my contemplating that range of female passion - from love to rage to grief and everything between. It made me think about how I might react to my best friend being killed on behalf, and accidentally from my interference. Thus the idea of switching the genders in this famous play began to surface and formulate. I wanted to explore the repercusions of showing the bonds between two women, and what the switched roles between Romeo and Juliet could shine a light on. I'm hoping that I can eventually show this through my designs.
